Advice Call - £80

  • Up to 45 minute telephone or video call

  • Discuss specific difficulties and concerns

  • Therapist will provide written feedback and advice sheet following the appointment.

Formal Initial Assessment - £250 (+travel)

  • Face to face assessment within your home up to 90 minutes

  • Use of standardised and non standardised assessments

  • Report and advice with programme

Physiotherapy 45 Minutes Baby Assessment - £75 (+travel)

  • Face to face assessment : screening appointment for concerns around head shape, turning preferences, foot positions

  • Developmental advice sheet on activities to promote gross motor skills acquisition

  • Suitable for babies 0-11 months

Physiotherapy 45 Minutes MSK Assessment- £85 (+travel)

  • Face to face assessment of the areas of concern

  • Advice, strategies to support rehab and activity program to be supplied

  • Suitable for Children 18 months-18 years - including concerns with walking patterns, post surgery rehab, post fracture rehab, MSK pain , scoliosis.

Follow up Treatment Packages:

Package 1: £80 (+travel)

One off 60 minute session to support implementation of given advice following initial assessment.

Package 2: £450(+travel)

Block of 6, 45 minute sessions to carry out treatment programme recommended by the therapist.

Package 3: £900 (+travel)

Block of 12, 45 minute sessions to carry out treatment programme by the therapist.

Extras:

Indirect work such as liaison with school and/or other professionals and report writing will be charged at £80/hour.

Travel expenses: This is charged at £45/hour travel time plus 45p per mile.

Payment:

We request 50% deposit to be paid at time of booking to confirm your appointment.

Full payment is made via invoice which will be issued the week of your appointment and should be paid no later than 48 hours post appointment date.

Cancellation of appointments must be made within 48 hours notice to return the deposit.
